Rembelle'i kullanarak aşağıdakileri kabul etmiş olursun.

Rembelle ne yapar

Rembelle, önem verdiğin insanlara dair kendi notlarını tuttuğun kişisel bir defterdir. Bir mağaza değildir: senin adına ürün satmaz, sipariş vermez, ödeme almaz ve hiçbir satıcıyla arana girmez.

Hesap yok

Uygulamayı kullanmak için kayıt olman gerekmez. Rembelle'in bir kullanıcı hesabı yoktur; kayıtların cihazında durur. Bu yüzden şifreni sıfırlayamayız ve cihazını kaybedersen içeriğini geri getiremeyiz — yedek almak sana bağlıdır.

Yazdıkların senin

Kişiler, notlar, fotoğraflar ve ses kayıtları sana aittir. Rembelle bunların üzerinde hak iddia etmez, onları kullanmaz ve satmaz.

Başkaları hakkındaki notlar

Başkalarına dair yazdıklarından sen sorumlusun. Yalnızca kendi ilişkin gereği bilmen doğal olan şeyleri kaydet; birinin verisini onun bilgisi olmadan toplamak için kullanma.

Abonelik

Premium, App Store üzerinden aylık veya yıllık satılan otomatik yenilenen bir aboneliktir. Dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal etmezsen kendiliğinden yenilenir. Ödemeyi Apple tahsil eder; iptal ve iade talepleri de Apple hesabın üzerinden yürür. Rembelle kart bilgilerini görmez.

Premium biterse

Ücretsiz kullanımda 3 kişi ve 15 anı kaydedebilirsin. Premium sona erdiğinde mevcut kayıtların silinmez ve okunabilir kalır; yalnızca yeni kayıt açmak ve premium işlemler kısıtlanır.

Dijital hediye kutusu

Bir kutuyu paylaşmayı seçtiğinde, bağlantıyı verdiğin kişinin onu açabileceğini kabul etmiş olursun. Bağlantı kendi süresi dolduğunda kapanır ve istediğin an iptal edebilirsin. Bağlantıyı kime verdiğinden sen sorumlusun.

Öneriler karar desteğidir

Hediye önerileri ve uyarılar, kendi kaydettiklerinden üretilir. Bir fikir sunarlar, kesin doğruyu değil. Fiyat, stok, teslimat ya da bir hediyenin uygun olup olmadığı konusunda garanti vermezler.

Sorumluluk sınırı

Rembelle olduğu gibi sunulur. Kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını taahhüt edemeyiz. Kayıtlarının kaybından doğan zarardan sorumlu tutulamayız; bu yüzden düzenli şifreli yedek almanı öneririz.

Yaş

Rembelle'i kullanmak için en az 13 yaşında olman gerekir. Bulunduğun ülkede daha yüksek bir yaş sınırı varsa o geçerlidir.

Cayma ve iade

Abonelik dijital bir hizmettir ve satın aldığın anda kullanıma açılır. İade talepleri App Store kuralları çerçevesinde Apple tarafından değerlendirilir; Rembelle doğrudan iade yapamaz. Tüketici olarak sahip olduğun yasal haklar saklıdır.

Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Yaşadığın ülkenin tüketici mevzuatının sana tanıdığı ve sözleşmeyle sınırlanamayan haklar bundan etkilenmez.

Değişiklikler

Bu koşullar zaman içinde değişebilir. Önemli bir değişiklik olduğunda uygulama içinde bildirilir; kullanmaya devam etmen yeni metni kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.

By using Rembelle, you agree to the following.

What Rembelle does

Rembelle is a personal notebook where you keep your own notes about the people you care about. It is not a shop: it does not sell products, place orders, take payments, or come between you and any seller.

No account

You do not need to sign up to use the app. Rembelle has no user account; your records stay on your device. That also means we cannot reset a password for you or recover your content if you lose the device — keeping a backup is up to you.

What you write is yours

The people, notes, photos and voice recordings are yours. Rembelle claims no rights over them, does not use them and does not sell them.

Notes about other people

You are responsible for what you write about others. Record only what it is natural for you to know from your own relationship, and do not use the app to gather someone’s data without their knowledge.

Subscription

Premium is an auto-renewing subscription sold monthly or yearly through the App Store. It renews on its own unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Apple takes the payment, and cancellations and refunds go through your Apple account. Rembelle never sees your card details.

If Premium ends

On the free plan you can keep 3 people and 15 memories. When Premium ends, nothing you already saved is deleted and it stays readable; only creating new records and premium actions are limited.

Digital gift box

When you choose to share a box, you accept that whoever holds the link can open it. The link closes when it expires and you can revoke it at any time. Who you give the link to is up to you.

Suggestions are decision support

Gift suggestions and warnings are built from what you yourself recorded. They offer an idea, not a certainty, and they guarantee nothing about price, stock, delivery or whether a gift will suit.

Limits of liability

Rembelle is provided as it is. We cannot promise it will run without interruption or without faults, and we cannot be held responsible for loss arising from lost records — which is why we suggest keeping regular encrypted backups.

Age

You must be at least 13 to use Rembelle. If your country sets a higher minimum age, that one applies.

Cancellation and refunds

The subscription is a digital service and becomes available the moment you buy it. Refund requests are handled by Apple under App Store rules; Rembelle cannot issue refunds directly. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. Rights given to you by the consumer law of the country you live in, which cannot be limited by contract, are unaffected.

Changes

These terms may change over time. Anything significant will be announced in the app, and continuing to use Rembelle means you accept the new text.
